Absolute Integrity builds their own servers and PC's which includes a 3 year parts and labor limited warranty with all our systems. You don't have to sit on the phone explaining your problem to us. We simply come out and evaluate the issue and act on it. If the problem was simply a glitch and not a real hardware issue, there will be no charge for the response unless there are problems unrelated to the hardware such as software or other non-hardware related issues. Another service we offer is backup and recovery. This service is setup so a backup is done onsite and offsite. The offsite is a mirror of the onsite backup and provides you security if something damaging occurs onsite that causes equipment to become unusable.
AntiVirus:
Computer Virus' are a fact of life. New and more potent attacks come in various forms. The most damaging are ransomware. Ransomware can be a simple corruption or a major corruption. Simple doesn't mean you are not damaged, it simply means recovery is easier providing you have good backups. Ransomware usually asks for a ransome payment to get a code to un-encrypt your files but they usually do not take credit cards or other traditional forms of payments, but instead they take bitcoins. Bitcoins are digital money. You setup an account and purchase bitcoins through providers or wallet providers. The bitcoins are sent from one electronic wallet to another. No identification is necessary and tracking is hard because there is no central authority. Other methods similiar to this are also used. Hence, you are being bribed and most likely you will not get the de-encryption key.
Other virus' and trojans are also damaging since some hide behind the scenes but are actively stealing information.
